BRUISER BOW TIE
Sold Out
You're
too old to be scared of a bow tie, which is, according the makers of
this amazing black-and-blue version, the most practical form of
neckwear: It never gets in the way. The Forage duo sourced 4 ½ yards of
this 1940s fabric—just enough to make 20 ties—while antiquing in
Pennsylvania, and they even screened the packaging and letterpressed the
tags by hand. The just-left-of-center print looks great with a basic
white shirt, a gentlemanly striped oxford, or (our favorite) a denim
button-down. Each bow tie comes with a certificate of authenticity
signed and numbered by the designers.
What to know: Self-tying; adjustable length; vintage fabric from the 1940s.
